Disclosure under Annual Performance
EIFFIL Water Infra Private Limited was incorporated on 27 November 2024 pursuant to the conversion of EIFFIL Construction (Partnership Firm), bearing PAN: AADFE4760C, into a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was incorporated with CIN: U43299GJ2024PLC156690.
Accordingly, for the Financial Year 2024–25, separate Profit & Loss Accounts have been prepared for:
EIFFIL Construction (Partnership Firm) for the period prior to conversion; and
EIFFIL Water Infra Private Limited for the period subsequent to incorporation/conversion on 27 November 2024.
Further, for the purpose of providing a comprehensive view of the overall business performance for the entire Financial Year 2024–25, a CA-certified consolidated Profit & Loss Account has also been prepared. Stakeholders are requested to refer to the same for a better understanding of the annual financial performance of the business on a combined basis.
